Boundless Impact recently hosted a fall board planning retreat at Stoney Creek Golf Club, located near Greensboro North Carolina. At the retreat, led by Board Chair Sue Simmons and Executive Director Cindy Thompson, the board discussed current projects underway, and how to continue to expand successful initiatives such as InnovateUMC. In addition, the board brainstormed future endeavors, and prioritized initiatives for 2018 based on alignment with our mission and strategic focus. The board is excited to continue building upon our foundation, and also to grow in our role as a facilitator of inclusive innovation in communities across North Carolina. Board Chair Sue Simmons shared these words about the retreat, "We are fortunate at Boundless Impact to have a wonderful board who is shaping the future of the organization. The future is bright with continued opportunities to meet our vision of thriving communities that are intentionally diverse, inclusive, and equitable."
